These plans are designed for mostly static marketing and brochure-style sites of up to five pages.

Global Terms
Build Fee & Scope
$300 one-time fee for any hosted monthly plan. Manual Handoff is a standalone $400 total with no separate build fee. Builds include up to five pages and two rounds of revisions; additional pages or revisions are billed at the base hourly rate.
Base Hourly Rate
$100/hr, with a 1-hour minimum, for work beyond included hours or outside plan scope.
No Rollover
Unused included hours do not roll over. Quarterly hours run on calendar quarters.
Availability
Generally available 7am–7pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends, US Eastern — for emergencies and regular work alike.
What Counts as an Emergency
Downtime, security issues, or critical functional breakage. Feature additions and content edits are handled as regular scheduled work.
Ownership & Cancellation
Your site and its code are yours. Cancel a monthly plan anytime — all project files and resources are handed off for a flat $20 transfer fee. If you cancel before your build fee and monthly payments total $400, the difference is due at handoff — a short subscription effectively becomes a Manual Handoff build.
Scope note: Larger sites, complex application work, advanced integrations, and custom backend development follow a separate per-project pricing model.
